Myths • History is very boring • Lot of dates, places, names have to be remembered in chronological order • Everything gets mixed up once we complete the full syllabus • This is not true study history like a story and keep narrating to others
How to approach the subject Divide the subject into following parts • Ancient history • Medieval history • Modern history or the freedom struggle • Art and Culture • World History (for mains)

Prepration Strategy • After Starting Preparation Make your own Running notes which will be useful at Revision Time. • Maintain Separate Notes of Ancient, Medieval and Modern History. • You should be in a Position to List out the Contents Chronologically.
