He went on to receive his M.S.I.E. in Industrial and System Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as an Ph.D. degree in Decision Sciences and Engineering Systems at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dr. Kuo teaches supply chain and operations research related courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
