  12. Importing Documents • Procedure for opening and importing are same. • Office Button > Open • > All Word Documents – Opening • > Others – Importing • Opening means viewing word files • Importing means viewing other files

  13. Saving Documents • Office Button > Save • Office Button > Save As > … • Quick Launch Bar > Save • Ctrl + S

  14. Sending Documents • Office Button > Send > Email / Internet Fax … • For this we should configure email client
