Form (pages 1 to 5) • Ensure that your application is complete and error-free. • Ensure thateach section isfilledwith full info (dates/name/program). • Put your PIN (if you have on) in header of all free form sections. • Don’tgiveonlyposition’sheldtitle but givesome info on the workdone. • Use plain, accessible language. • Write an application that the reviewers will enjoy reading.
