The Your Choice Project aims to improve the health and well-being of young individuals aged 10-24 facing mild to moderate mental health issues. This initiative addresses concerns like depression, anxiety, family stress, and personal relationship challenges, removing barriers to accessing vital services. Through individual and group interventions, including culturally appropriate programs, the project ensures young people can better manage their immediate problems and build resilience for the future. Early intervention fosters personal growth and development, empowering youth to navigate their mental health journeys.
