  1. Good Morning my dear students Welcome to JSC English Class I am HasanHafizurRahamanSenior Lecturer (English), Cambrian School & College, Dhaka, going to conduct the class with you.

  3. Our Today’s Lesson is- A Delicious Dish (Custard Making) Unit-2 Lesson-4 JSC English-1

  4. Learning outcomes • After we have completed this lesson, we will be able to- • Listen information • Ask and answer questions • Make custard • Write a paragraph.

  5. Wash the fruit and peel them Then cut the fruits into small pieces and keep them in a bowl.

  6. Now boil the milk in a pot.

  7. Next mix sugar in it and stir well. Take the custard powder in a small cup, put 4 tablespoons of cold milk and mix well

  8. Now pour the mixer into the boiling milk and stir well. Boil for five minutes, stirring it all the time

  9. At last pour the mixer in the bowl of fruits and other items. Then custard is prepared.

  10. Let us enjoy custard

  11. Group Work Write a list of items needed to make custard and assemble them in a logical sequence to write a paragraph.

  12. Evaluation 1.What type of food do you like? 2.Why do you like these? 3.Where do you get these from? 4.Do you eat home-made food?

  13. Home work Suppose, after completing this class you went home and made custard. Write what you had done actually to make custard.
