METABOLISMO DE CARBOHIDRATOS Objetivos específicos: • Estudiar como ocurre la digestión y la absorción de los carbohidratos. • Estudiar las reacciones de la glucólisis aeróbica y anaeróbica. • Estudiar las reacciones de la guconeogénesis. • Estudiar las reacciones de la vía de las pentosa-fosfato. • Estudiar las reacciones de la glucogenogénesis y glugenolisis.
