  1. 5 minutes of abs 10 exercises-30 sec. each

  2. 1. Up and Hug • Lie flat • Get up and hug your legs • Down again • Repeat!

  3. 2. Normal crunch • Eitherkeepyour legs in a 90 degree angle, or keepyourfeet in the ground • Start from lyingflat and lift your upper body as far up as possible • Lower it downagain • Repeat!

  4. 3. Scissor-move • Make your legs work up and down, opposite of eachother, whileyour upper bodystays on the floor.

  5. 5. Left Side Crunch • Lie on the right side of yourbody • Bendyour legs a little • Lift your upper body as much as possible • Lower it again • Repeat!

  6. 5. Right Side Crunch • Lie on the left side of yourbody • Bendyour legs a little • Lift your upper body as much as possible • Lower it again • Repeat!

  7. 4. Hæve-sænke ben • Leaveyour upper body in the ground • Lift your legs toghether to a 180 degree angle from the ground • Lowerthemslowlyagain • Repeat!

  8. 7. LeftCross-Crunch • Bendyour legs, havingyourfeet still placed on the ground • Put yourleftfoot on your right knee • Hands under your head • Lift your upper body to the left, touchingyourleftknee with your right elbow • Down again • Repeat!

  9. 7. RightCross-Crunch • Bendyour legs, havingyourfeet still placed on the ground • Put your right foot on yourleftknee • Hands under your head • Lift your upper body to the right, touchingyour right knee with yourleftelbow • Down again • Repeat!

  10. 9. Rockingboat • On your back, youraiseboth arms and legs a little, so yourbody is nowshapedlike a bow • Start a rockingmovement with yourbody, and keep it going…

  11. 10. The plank • Turnaround • Rest on yourlower arms with a the same distance betweenyoureldows as betweenyourshoulderblades • Toes in the ground • Keepyourbodystraight, from head to toe • Look straight forward • Keepthis position!..
