  3. Introduction • What does Psychoanalytic criticism do? • They use psychoanalysis techniques in the interpretation of literature. • What does Psychoanalysis do? • Psychoanalysis aims to cure mental disorders by investigating the interaction of conscious and unconscious elements in the mind.
