  5. Navigation tabs on every page Announcements are always on the front page

  6. Administrators now have an easy to use Account Dashboard

  7. Filtering Capabilities • Anywhere you see a box, you have the ability to type data specific to that field • Filtering occurs as you type

  8. UNC Charlotte Implementation Process • Bank of America helped in the process by providing information • Information was passed on to our users via email • 50 Users a week received brief instructions and a link to the new system • After 3 weeks, the remaining users were granted access • Notified our Bank of America Support Team of changes that needed to be made • Updated Training Materials and Website

  9. User Tools • Training Videos • Two Categories: Training for All or Cardholders • Training Guides
