  1. Hannabees’ Puppy School Re-branding and Digital Stratagy

  2. Current Branding Currently our only branding is the Facebook page which has worked so far but we will need to expand on this to generate higher income and recognition, this will be achieved through Re-branding and creating a digital strategy.

  3. Budget Our applicable budget to all of this is £1000 per year this may increase over time as we grow but is a good starting point, it will be broken down into different areas which would be most beneficial.

  4. Website firstly developing a website , there are two options; • web developer: but could be a significant amount from the budget but it would be of a high standard and usually comes with after support included. • website builder such as Wix is cheaper initially but requires the entirety of the work done in-house, could be time consuming • Hosting, one of the most expensive is HostGator at £2.29 p/m this would equate to £27.48 from the budget over the year. • Domain, from Google Domains “Hannabee Puppy School” could havehannabeepuppyschool.com as hannabeepuppyschool.co.uk isn’t available but this would be £10 per year from the budget. The domain name and hosting would roughly take £37.48 from the budget each year before any website development takes place.

  5. Keyword research We used SEMrush on key words related to “Hannabees” such as: • “dog training • “puppy school” to find what variations on these generate the most online traffic, giving us the most accurate listing for the website description and its contents and of the different variations on “puppy training near me” which will be the primary wording for the Google Ads.

Google Ads • Allows thewebsite to be displayed higher up on the list of results • more likely for a customer to click on it over another • allows you to be able to target customers within a designated area or more “local” potential customers • variety of ad options our digital strategy I will only be focusing on Search Ads to keep within budget • allow the business to track how the ad is going and be able to alter the budget continuously • although we don’t have a specific amount from the budget per year we are able to set an amount we are willing to pay up to as you are only charged per visit to the website • This budget is to be set around a maximum of £100 for the first 4 months (reviewed at both 2 and 4 month intervals) • The Google Ads would be linked to either “dog training near me” or “puppy training near me” as they had the greatest volume of searches to create targeted advertisements.

  7. Facebook Ads: As the Facebook page is currently the first and online live of advertisement we need to utilise Facebook Ads • allows the business to be advertised within a customers news feeds • Don’t have to have “liked” the page • allows you to set your budget • set the same budget as Google Ads of around a maximum of £100 for the first 4 months to be reviewed at both 2 and 4 month intervals to see if this would require increasing due to this been the primary method of advertisements and communication currently.

Our biggest competitor Dogs Playpark • first major advantage that they have over “Hannabees” is that they have and established website • find them through search engines rather than solely relying on word of mouth • customers are able to check for classes and their timetables to find suitability • bookings online to save having to chase up customers for funds and also allows the customer to instantly have acknowledgment of the • gives all details on classes and times • don’t use Google Ads ,“Hannabees” would have an instant advantage as it would be higher listed on a Google search • reasonably active Facebook account which is linked to the website and vice verser, • Facebook page has a more professional look to it over “Hannabees”,
