Grant Advisory Committee Flowchart Overview

The Grant Advisory Committee (GAC) is tasked with quarterly research to align MVC departmental needs with available grants. This process involves assessing financial and space feasibility before submitting consolidated program reviews to the Vice President of Business Services by May 15th. The GAC and the Vice President will evaluate these reviews to identify grant opportunities for the upcoming fiscal year, with results reported to the President for approval. Updates, including budget reallocations, are provided quarterly to ensure ongoing alignment with strategic planning.
