Compare lunch bag materials by measuring potato temperature response experimentally and analytically. Utilize Polyvinyl Chloride and Polyurethane bags to determine food temperature retention. Findings suggest larger bags are more effective and Polyurethane maintains food temperature for longer periods.

PURPOSE • Compare lunch bag materials by experimentally • measuring the transient temperature response of • a potato and comparing it with an analytical model We used two types of bags: PolyvinylChloride and Polyurethane
CONCLUSION • The bigger the bag, the better • Urethane maintains food temperature longer
