Potato Cont. • The Potato Museum, an institution of Eckart Otto Foundation, was opened in 1996 in Munich. • It shows a diverse collection of exhibits on the subject of potato. • It is the world's only museum that is dedicated exclusively to the potato in art and art-historical terms.
