  2. God’s Precious Gift John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

  3. God’s Precious Gift God Gave Jesus: He did not: Sell Him, Loan Him, or rent Him God gave Jesus before man ever thought of such a thing. He saw what we were, & what we needed, He made the commitment.

  4. God’s Precious Gift The apostle Paul wrote: Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

God’s Precious Gift • He gave His very Best • How much does God value us? • John 17:22-23 • “…that they may be one, even as we are one: • I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.”

  12. God’s Precious Gift • He gave His very Best • You are not cheap or worthless in God’s eyes, no matter who you are or what you have done. • God loves you, & has given His Best for you! • You can be saved & go to heaven! • Christ, not man will tell you how!

  13. God’s Precious Gift II. He gave because we needed Him Man has a very difficult time thinking like God thinks, seeing as God sees and understanding what God understands. God knows us because He made us! God knows how much we need Him!

  14. God’s Precious Gift II. He gave because we needed Him Many don’t realize how much they need God We need God’s physical blessings: Air, water, food, clothing, shelter, etc We need God’s spiritual blessings: Grace, guidance, help We need God emotionally: hope, peace, and love

  15. God’s Precious Gift II. He gave because we needed Him We are often told to be independent, Trust no one, or be your own person. Some have taken this to mean we don’t need God. Many go through life without Him to regret their decision forever!

He gave because we needed Him Luke 15:12-32 The prodigal woke up in a pig pen and found he needed home and God. Luke 12:16-21 Rich farmer was going to build greater barns, but he learned his soul belong to God.

  21. God’s Precious Gift III. He gave His Love to Change us The cross has a unique & wonderful Power over our lives Time of pride, it humbles one Time of guilt, think of forgiveness Time of anger, think of patience Time of fear, it reassures Time of worry, it gives hope

The Broad Way The Narrow Way HEAVEN HELL To travel the narrow we have to do something Nothing to do to travel the broad way. Matthew 7:13-14

  32. God’s Precious Gift • What must one do to walk the narrow way? • All MUST obey the gospel of Christ! • Hear – Romans 10:17 • Believe – Hebrews 11:6 • Repent – Luke 13:3 • Confess Christ – Acts 8:36-37 • Be Baptized – Acts 2:38, 47 • Remain Faithful – Rev. 2:10

  34. God’s Precious Gift Will You Take Advantage Of God’s Gift Today, By Obeying Him? You may never have another opportunity if you reject Him today! Heaven is waiting Hell is real !

  35. God’s Precious Gift DO YOU WANT TO GO TO HEAVEN? WILL YOU GIVE JESUS YOUR LIFE TODAY?
