  2. Changes to 2014 Rechartering • ScoutParents are no longer listed on your roster. This position has been discontinued. • The position of ScoutParent Unit Coordinator is now known as Parent Coordinator. • The new position of 91U has been created for adults who want to be registered but do not have a designated responsibility. The 91U position is a fee-paid registration and will require a completed adult application and Disclosure/Authorization Form. A criminal background check will be conducted. Youth Protection Training only is required for this position.

  3. A Helpful Tutorial is Available

  4. Internet Rechartering Update Internet Explorer is the browser that should be used. You are a first time user every year. Welcome Screen

  5. Internet Rechartering Update Returning User You are a returning user AFTER you have registered and created your password First Time User The unit renewal processor for Internet Rechartering begins as First Time User because the unit access code is changed each year for security reasons. After initial registration, log in as a Returning User.

  8. Internet Rechartering Update RECOMMENDED: Load Council Information PackMaster/TroopMaster software works best with ScoutNET but only if the PackMaster/TroopMaster information is identical to the Council information. Load Roster offers two options to unit processors: Load the unit roster from council information; or upload a rechartering file from unit-management software to match against the council information.

  9. Internet Rechartering Update Please do not change the Council roster to match your file. Upload recharter file requires a valid file from unit-management software.

  10. Internet Rechartering Update Print your roster here to review for changes The first steps of Stage 2, following Load Roster, are to review the chartered organization information and determine if any members will not be renewed for the new roster.

  11. Internet Rechartering Update Update unit roster allows the renewal processor to import adult and youth members added to the unit roster by the council into Internet Rechartering at any time. Work already done will not be changed or reset. Members added will display with a person ID. If an adult or youth record was entered online and then is added through Update unit roster the processor will know which record to remove by selecting the record with no person ID displayed. Use Update unit roster to refresh the status of adult YPT completion.
