Concept • Based on a ISU judging system that has IOC approval • Possibility of phase by phase implementation • Improved objectivity of marking • Improved transparency • Better understanding of judging by IOC, media and public • Provides constructive feedback to athletes and trainers
Changes needed • Establishing the criteria - clear definitions • Establishing a numerical marking scale • Changing the format of the competition • Creating appropriate software and hardware • Changing the mindset of all participants involved
