Today’s content • Presentations including questions and discussions • Group discussions including lunch • Short reports from the groups
Purpose with today’s meeting • Learning more about how to use learning outcomes • Discuss and improve the proposed guidelines
Group discussions • Umeå, Skara and Alnarp manage their own groups • In Uppsala 5 persons in each group • To discuss and comment: • Learning outcomes; • planning and follow-up of the education; • mission for the director of PhD studies • preliminary evaluation of the thesis.
How • Questions available both in Swedish and English • Focus at one of the subjects. If you have time continue with the others • One in each group writes the comments in the document and give it to me when finished.
and then what? • 21st of November – review close • 13th of December – FUR meeting • 23rd of January – version 4 of guidelines ready • Development of all mandatory forms, forming the principles for the IT-system, defining criteria for web platform has started. • Spring 2012 – finish guidelines, build IT-system • August 2012 – New guidelines decided by Vice-chancellor
