  3. Outsourcing • Outsourcing means getting someone else to do parts of the necessary work: • Cleaning • Maintenance • Computer maintenance / upgrades • Advertising • Logistics • Debt collection • Others?

Targets • Targets & target setting • Incentive – Financial and non-financial • Task In pairs please open the kinder egg you have been give, we will now proceed to putting together the toy inside. I will write your times on the board. Our first target will be a mean average of all your time – how many can we make in one hour? Target 1 = average number per hour Target2 – commendable average no: per hour + 10% Target 3 – outstanding average no: per hour + 20%
