FirstEnergy Assets • FE Assets available for attachment by wireless carriers: • Transmission/Sub Transmission Towers – approx. 90,000 structures traversing across 12,000 miles of rights-of-way • Distribution Poles – approximately 3 million located over 36,000 sq. miles of territory • In addition to the utility structures there are approximately 175 traditional towers available for collocation within the NJ, PA & OH service regions • We received a significant increase in the volume of new attachment and amendment requests in 2010 with a solid backlog going into 2011 • Several new tower construction projects currently under development • Working with all of the major wireless carriers
