  22. WHAT ABOUT STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS? • ALL STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN CATS. • THOSE WITH MILD DISABILITIES TAKE ASSESSMENTS-USE ACCOMMODATIONS FROM THEIR IEP.
