  4. What is my neighborhood school? • https://www.scusd.edu • Click on SCHOOL LOCATOR • Type in home address • See your neighborhood high school

  5. High School Specialty Program Enrollment • Every current 8th grade student in SCUSD is automatically enrolled into their neighborhood high school • If a student is interested in attending a high school specialty program, complete the High School Specialty Program Application online or in person. • Application period is from November 26 to December 20, 2018 • online: www.scusd.edu/high-school-specialty-program-application • in person: • Enrollment Center 5601 47th Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95824 • December 12 from 9am – 3pm • December 13 from 12pm – 5pm • December 14 from 9am – 11am • Notification Letters will go out on January 23, 2019

  6. High School Enrollment Process • Students new to the district may register between January 28 – February 8, 2019 • If a student plans to attend a high school that is not his/her neighborhood school, complete an intra district permit between April 1 and May 17, 2019

High School Specialty Programs: Linked Learning Pathways • Open to ALL students • No admission criteria • College and Career Ready Graduates • Rigorous Academic Core (UC a-g approved, honors, and AP courses) • Career Education (UC a-g approved 2-4 year-long courses) • Work-Based Learning Opportunities • Wrap-around Student Support Services • 19 LL pathways • 6 Linked Learning Certified • 4 more on way to being certified by spring 2019
