“Anxious” – “Careful” • Greek word (Phil 4:6) – "to be pulled in different directions". • Old English root word for "worry" – "to strangle". • Worry places a body at risk of physical health problems & poor physical habits. • "The Father knows" what you need, so seek the kingdom of God & His righteousness (Matt 6:25-34; Luke 12:22-31).
Pray the Right Way - 6, 7 • “Prayer” is addressing God. • Do we address Him as our Father? • Do we express supreme love & respect for Him? • Do we express our total devotion to Him? • Consider these attributes of God when you pray (Eph 4:6; Rom 11:33-36;)
