  2. IMS service composition • IMS service composition is implemented over the ISC interface • An IMS AS hosts SIP applications and implements the Application Router interface • A Composition Engine on the AS is invoked via the AR interface to decide how to compose SIP and Web Services

IMS service composition • Ericsson / AT&T demo composes • three converged reusable E4SS features deployed on SailFin SIP container and • Web Services on Sun Glassfish • AT&T ECharts for SIP Servlets (E4SS) convergence framework used to interface features with provisioning DB • Ericsson IMS Composition Engine instantiates and executes the composite service model • SIP applications run on JSR289 SIP container (SailFin) http://echarts.org http://sailfin.java.developer.org
