POWER CONVERTERS 11 MAY 2010 Peter Berg
ISOLATION, GROUNDS 3.1.2.9.2.2 Return-to-Chassis Isolation The return side of the primary DC power interfaces shall be isolated from component chassis by at least 100,000 ohms at DC. 3.1.2.9.2.5 Internal Secondary Power Grounds Secondary power shall be internally grounded at one point only to the source component chassis, provided primary input power isolation requirements are met.
EMISSIONS REQUIREMENT 4.2.5.6.1.2 Conducted Emissions (CE101/102) - Common Mode A Conducted Emissions (CE) (TBD) test to control Common Mode Noise (CMN) also known as a frequency domain current test shall be performed on all non-passive components which receive or generate spacecraft primary power at the component/subsystem level.
