  1. 7 Most Beneficial Fruits For Kid's Health Fruits are a good source of vitamins and minerals for children and adults as well. It is healthy and protects us from diseases. Fruits are a better choice in comparison to snacks and junk food as many fruits such as pineapple, oranges, apples, etc, contain the lowest fat. Apple, banana, oranges, grapes, pineapples, guava, papaya, custard apple, etc, are considered the best fruits for children. 1. Apple Apple is truly perhaps the best organic product for human wellbeing. You must have heard “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”? Furthermore, apples are rich in L-ascorbic acid commonly known as vitamin C. Only one apple can supply a fourth of your children's vitamin C. 2.
