  3. Bell Ringer #9 (A) 5/3 & (B) 5/4 Pretend you are a member of the jury during Tom Robinson’s trial. Select one person’s testimony—Heck’s, Bob’s, Mayella’s, or Tom’s—and explain why you find it the MOST persuasive. Does the testimony rely on ethos, pathos, or logos? Explain how you know this.
