Capacity building in various sectors Mobilization of members, holding of consultation meetings, evaluation of civil society, training of stakeholders, participation in civil-society activities Mobilization of members, involvement of private-sector stakeholders, support in developing strategic plans, MfDR staff training for companies and corporations Mobilization of resources, provision of reform support tools for local governments and decentralized communities (kit, guide, training module), training of local community members Initial MfDR training for development project and program personnel Staff training for the central and deconcentrated public service and government institutions in various countries, conduct of CAP-Scan procedures , development of an MfDR action plan
