  2. The Big Question… • Are Armadillos endangered? • Many species of the armadillo are endangered. This is because many humans are killing armadillos for getting rid of them as pests. Also, they are used to dig and find food. There are nine species of armadillo and we do not know if they are endangered or threatened because slash and burn farming and hunting.

  3. Where do they live… • Armadillos live in warm temperate and habitats, including rain forests, grasslands, and semi-deserts. The cold is their enemy and can kill them easily.
