FOR HIS LIFE IS REMOVED FROM THE EARTH.” Acts 8:37 37[And Philip said, “If you believe with all your heart, you may.” And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”]

It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. Acts 5:32 32“And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

  15. Application You must be willing to acknowledge you need help with your spiritual journey. Is the Holy Spirit at work in your heart? Are you practicing the “Act of Testifying” with your oikos?
