Safety Monitoring and Count Update for Container Offload Operations
This report details the safety monitoring conducted during the container offload process from the LMSR to the LSV. An initial count of 439 was recorded for the Safety Stand Down/Pause. Ongoing monitoring of the Marshalling Yard is essential throughout the next 48 hours. Comments from the After Action Review (AAR) will be collected for the Safety Stand Down, and the final count will be confirmed.
