Children Ministry Friday Night

On May 5, 2013, the Children's Ministry held a meeting to address urgent volunteer needs from 7:30-9:30 PM. The program requires 8 Christian adults and 7 helpers for various age groups, including Cubbies and special needs support. With a growing number of children, particularly in the Cubbies room, the volunteer situation is critical. Many experienced helpers have moved on, and new volunteers lack experience. Strategies to recruit dedicated personnel and manage resources effectively were discussed, while concerns about burnout and lack of nursery care were raised.
