Often my clients ask me for decorating tips, and when it comes to adding colour, there are some easy and accessible tricks which can brighten up any home. Here are my 5 top tips for adding colour to your home: 1. Use colourful mirrors A quirky and colourful mirror is one of the easiest ways to add vibrancy to a space. Positioning a mirror across from a window enables natural light to bounce around the room. 2. Use accent tables Placing a cheerful accent table can make a big difference to a room. For more design interest, or go simple sleek lines for a modern look. 3. Flaunt your lamps Colourful table lamps and shades is one of my favourite ways to brighten a room, yet they are often overlooked. You can mix, match and move them around the house from time to time for a fresh new look. Easy peasy! 4. Art it up Selecting a few pieces of art, from colourful contemporary abstracts to traditional watercolour landscapes, is a great way to add a spectrum of colour – plus finding art you love is always a fun process. 5.
