  2. 1 Lord, we thank you for your promise that your love is always near; and that you will never leave us, even when we doubt and fear. For your care everywhere shows us that your arms are near.

  3. 2 Lord, we thank you for our freedom, for the lives we call our own; for a mind to understand you, for a heart to make your home. Help us see we are free, free to choose your friends to be.

  4. 3 Lord, we thank you for forgiveness, for the chance to start again; and the patient way you show us, when our efforts are in vain. May we strive as we live always seeking to forgive.

  5. 4 Lord, we praise and we adore you for your mercy and your care, make us worthy of your friendship, in the work of heaven to share.We would sow here below joy and peace on earth to grow. Clifford Curry 1948-
