Action Requested • ACTION REQUESTED: • Approval of the boat ramp permit contingent upon an original executed letter of credit being submitted in a form accepted and approved by the Orange County Attorney’s Office. The amount of the letter of credit shall be twenty six thousand nine hundred and sixty dollars, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report and permit. • Acceptance of the Developers Agreement and authorization to record instrument. • Approval of the impact permit, subject to the conditions listed in the staff report as well as revised condition 3 and added condition # 28. • Condition #3: The mitigation plan must be implemented in accordance with Exhibit 9 as dated received by the EPD on. The preservation must total at least 0.77 acres. • Revised #3: The mitigation plan must be implemented in accordance with Exhibit 7 as dated received by the EPD on August 10, 2006. The preservation must total at least 0.70 acres. • Condition #28: The conditions of this permit shall affect only the subject parcel listed in this permit. To the extent any of these conditions conflict with the conditions of permit no. 04-119, the conditions of this permit shall supersede only as they relate to the subject parcel listed in this permit. All other original conditions of permit no. 04-119 shall remain valid and effective.
