  3. American Society of Clinical Oncologists Survey Reported June, 2013 • 245 cancer specialist doctors surveyed • 83 % reported a shortage of drugs within the past six months • 93 % said patients’ care has been affected

  4. When unable to provide the most appropriate drug – painful choices • 79 % switched chemotherapy regimens • 43 % delayed treatment • 37 % chose among patients whom to treat • 29 % omitted doses • 20 % reduced doses • 17 % sent patients to other doctors
