Concept 1: Multi ShelvingOffset Stack • Initial 50 sheets of printed paper will be stacked on the bottom shelf; measured by a counter which is set to the speed of prints per minute. • The next 50 sheets will be printed and stacked on the second shelf with an offset of 5-10mm (programmed by the consumer before printing process). After the completion of these sheets the shelf will lower down to the bottom shelf, recede, dropping off the addition sheets on the original stack and return to its position to receive the next set of sheets which will be stack with the original measurements.

Concept 2: Single Stack Mechanical Tray • The paper sheets will be dispensed onto the paper rack, after the first 50 sheets two straight edges will mechanically compress, straightening the single stack. • This process will repeat itself for every 50 sheets and then again after completion of printing.

  4. Concept 3: Offset Stack Feed Belt • The feed belt on the printer will be stationary for the first 50 sheets. The next 50 sheets will be programmed by the consumer prior to printing to have an offset of 5-10mm. The feed belt will adjust to these programs, feeding the next 50 sheets onto the paper tray with the desired offset. • For every 50 sheets the feed belt will return to the previous position, creating an accurate stack of papers.

  5. Concept 4: Paper Stack Shelves • A stack of shelves placed on the end of the printing process which attaches to the printer. As the first 50 sheets are printed out they are fed onto the first shelf. • The shelves would then be shifted to the next empty shelf by means of a signal from the printer computer program that tells the shelves to shift once the desired number of pages is printed per shelf (50 in our case). • This signal if given to the shelving systems through a cable which connects directly to the printer when in use and disconnected when transporting the paper shelves to their destination.
