Analysis of Renilla Activity per mg Protein and RNA Copy Number in UTR Constructs

This study investigates Renilla luciferase activity in relation to total protein concentrations and RNA copy numbers using various UTR constructs: p5’UTRTat1-Renilla, p5’UTRTat2-Renilla, and p5'UTRg-Renilla. Activity measurements are reported in relation to total protein (mg) and RNA copy numbers at multiple concentrations of pTat across different constructs. The results aim to elucidate the activity profiles of Renilla luciferase under different experimental conditions, offering insights into RNA and protein interactions.
