  1. The Simple Present The simple present demonstrates a habitual action or an everyday activity. It’s use with the persons I, YOU, WE, YOU, THEY. In affirmative sentences. The English Language has only one declination in the present tense. This declination occurs only with the persons: HE, SHE, IT that is necessary to add “S” or “ES” to the verb (verb “s” form)

  2. Verb in Simple Form We have to add “S” or “ES” to the verb. This is the declination

  3. It is necessary to use the auxiliaries DO/DOES + NOT = DON’T/DOESN’T • Very close attention thatt the Verb is in Simple Form, and that’s be cause we are using an auxiliary. • Remember the usage of the auxiliaries are DO for: I, YOU, WE, YOU, THEY. • DOES for: HE, SHE, IT.

  4. The auxiliaries Do/Does + VSF are necessary to ask questions and to give short affirmative answers.
