JAMES "ROCKY" DALLAS GRAND COMMANDERY OF KNIGHT TEMPLAR WASHINGTON STATE AND JURISDICTION CERTIFICATE OF ELECTIONS The certificate of election of Officers in a Subordinate Commandery should be in the following form, and said Officers Cannot be recognized as members of this Grand Commandery until a proper certificate of election is filed in the Grand Recorder’s Office. Be it known, that on the ___ day of December A.D. 200___, at a Regular Meeting of ___________________ Commandery #______, held in the city of ____________________ county/country of __________________ in Washington Jurisdiction, our Sir Knight _______________________ was elected as Eminent Commander, our Sir Knight ______________________ was elected as Generalissimo, and our Sir Knight _______________________ was elected as Captain General of said Commandery, for the ensuing year, and that said Eminent Commander, Generalissimo and Captain General have been duly installed. In testimony whereof, we the members of said Commandery, have caused the seal thereof to be hereunto affixed, and our Recorder and Eminent Commander to sign the same. _____________________EMINENT COMMANDER _____________________RECORDER
