Play our Base Fronts. • Time Factor: • Usually we have 3 days to prepare. • Lets defense get aligned without problems • Players know what personal we look for. • Get lined up regardless of formations. • Lets us stay true to our rules and responsibilities • Concentrate on quality of scout plays instead of quantity.

  5. 2. Relate Wing T Formations to other Formations. • Wing T formations are very similar to other formations. • Formation will only allow teams to run certain plays. • Formations have tendencies.

  7. 4 – 3 Defense • Run our SHADE OR STACK FRONT. • ATTACK THE A and B GAPS • Stay true to our rules. • Different Looks to the Wing and TE. • Penetrate with down lineman.

  8. Coverages • SECONDARY ROTATE ON MOTION • COVER 2 (Wing Right) COVER 3 (TWINS AND ONE BACK) • SS goes to the Wing Side. • ROTATE TO MOTION. (KEEP LBS IN BOX) • TRY TO PLAY NORMAL RULES.
