  1. History of Jazz Web Quest Due Friday February 17th

  2. Your Assignment  Complete the question: “What is Jazz?” with a one page response from each member of the group typed. With a partner/group create a timeline (be crafty and creative with pictures and other aids) for the life of Jazz. Each member of the group choose one Jazz Great. History and background for that Great? What was the performance specialty for that Great? What did this Great do or contribute to the life of Jazz Music? Please have specific musical examples and YouTube videos !

  3. 20 Minute Presentation  Each group will present their full project on Friday February 17th You will need: Your jazz origins paper with each group member prepared to present on a particular subject! Your group time line with each member prepared to present on a particular era! Each group members Jazz Great to present along with musical and video examples!
