The problem is that underground services can be absolutely anywhere, even in places that onewouldthinkunlikely.Certainly,ifyouareinaresidentialareaorthe high street, then it is obvious that there will be electricity cables, water pipes, sewage pipes, telecoms, and maybe gas pipes, and more, but they canalsobepresentinoutofthewayplacesinthecountryside.
