  3. Joint Humanitarian Assessment • Purposive sampling based on IASC Guidelines on Coordinated Assessments and principles of MIRA approach • Community level key informant interviews • 456 site interviews in 62 districts (All Governorate)

Sector/Cluster Joint Assessment or Single agency Assessment Cluster Joint Assessment: Structured data collection and Analysis of situation, needs and gaps by cluster/ sector partners Single: Harmonized Assessment approach integrated in Single agency assessments Refugee Place of Origin Perception Assessment (RefPOPA) Coverage: Lebanon, Turkey, Jordan and Iraq with Syrian Refugees Method: Three strata classification: population, conflict and displacement to prioritize Sub-districts. Data collection: Refugees key informant focus groups organized by prioritized sub-districts.
