  1. Sedentary Lifestyle Affects Corporate Life? People in the corporate world usually find themselves planted behind a desk or being couch potatoes. The convenience of technology and hectic lifestyles indirectly forces many people to remain inactive throughout the day. Such people follow a lifestyle known as a sedentary lifestyle which includes regular sitting, lots of lying down, and very little to no exercise. People around the world are nowadays investing more and more time in sedentary activities. But leading such a lifestyle is day by day becoming an area of concern. It is becoming a major public health issue. The effect of such a lifestyle is not just limited to the individual only, it also affects the corporate life and affects the business in different ways. Regardless of its high link to a range of chronic health conditions, a sedentary lifestyle is increasingly common in many nations. Such people follow a sedentary lifestyle which doubles the risk of obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes, lipid disorders, cardiovascular diseases, high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. Businesses that want their employees to stay healthy regularly organize different programs in their corporate world to keep their employees active. This helps them in keeping their employees active as well as also improves employees' productivity. Absenteeism:- When corporate employees remain inactive throughout the day, they start facing health issues. This not only just affects the health of the employees but also affects the business cycle. Such employees often take leaves. They start losing their interest in the job and find it hectic or boring. This all increases frequent employee turnover and high absenteeism which affects business growth.
