Calcium Flux in GPR105-Expressing Cells Stimulated by UDP-Glucose

Umbilical cord blood CD34+ cells transduced with GPR105 and GFP vectors were assessed for calcium flux in response to 10mM UDP-glucose. Time-dependent responses were characterized.
