  9. When teachers accompany classes to the LMC to use the computers, they must stay with students at all times.

  10. A Smart Board and an In House Network are Availability with Teacher Librarian Support

  11. Substitute teachers are not to send students to the LMC.

  12. Policies • A signed “Acceptable Use” form must be on file with the tech coordinator.

  13. Follow The Rules

  14. Place Student School ID On top of the computer monitor. ID

  15. Never have food, gum, beverages or cosmetics near computer equipment. Personal electronic devices are not allowed.

  16. Once working with computer, students are to use time for schoolwork, research, and educational internet browsing.

  17. Students may not use the following unless under supervision of a teacher or librarian permission: *Games *CHAT ROOMS

  18. Never change the appearance of the desk top or how the computer functions. Do not download programs. • After No • Before

  19. Save your work on a flash drive. Never save your work on the hard drive.

  20. $.10 A COPY $.75 color • To Print: • -Tell the desk clerk how many pages. • Press print [only one time]. • Pick up copies at the desk.
