Make through data transfer rules between cross borders are discussed and approved. • Common examples of row-level security options include access to data for a specified country or region • None = No employee data allowed. These users are typically self-service users with no other system responsibilities. • All = All employees and persons of interest (non-employees) • All, no Executives = same as above, excluding Executives • All, no Executives and no HR = same as “All, no Executives”, excluding HR peers • Regional specific requirements. • These roles are generally assigned to active users by an automated daily process driven by business rules.

For the first 30 days can have first level support available to triage tickets during the individual country’s working hours • Have daily calls to see where you stand in the number of issues. • Schedule multiple frequent calls during the first 90 days period of time as it is the Stabilizing time and have the first level support available to help the business during the first few months. • Slowly transition and build the ongoing maintenance and production support team both on the functional, technical and leadership teams.

France also doesn’t want system users to see religious affiliation. • Hong Kong - spouse identity cards must be tracked for tax reporting and payroll • India – the Employment Exchanges Act requires specific notification periods on job vacancies.
