Personal Information • Need to make sure your personal information is up-to-date • Common Problem: telephone numbers or email addresses have changed • Log in to eServices • Click on “My Account”, top right of main page • Make changes as needed
CAP 101 Card • When you participate in a SAREX or actual mission you need to have and display a current 101 card • Needs to have been printed within past 30 days, or when ES qualifications have changed • Common problems: no photo, outdated card • Go to eServices, My Operations Qualifications, 101 card • Click on links to upload photo or print card
Uploading ES Documents • You need to scan and upload copies of pertinent ES documents, such as: • ICS Certificates • Signed-off SQTRs • First Aid Certificates • Pilot Documents • This is a continuing problem; without proof of completion, ES quals/renewals/requals are being disapproved • Upload procedure: eServices>My Operations Qualifications>101 Card>View/Upload Documents
Specialty Qualification Training Records (SQTR) • Have to make an electronic entry plus upload hard copy of the signed-off SQTR • Bring SQTRs to SAREX or mission to have them signed off by qualified evaluators • See list of qualified FL-432 evaluators on board at back of this room • Toreview/update SQTRs: eServices>My Operations Qualifications>Entry/View Worksheet
Emergency/Medical Information • Revised CAPR 160-1, Operation of the CAP Health Service Program, has new requirements • New CAP FM 161: Emergency Information • Supersedes CAP Fm 60 • Keep copy on you, turn in a copy at SAREX/mission, copy to your personnel file • Also provides for completing CAP Fm 160, Member Health History; CAP Fm 162, CAP Member Physical Exam Form; and CAP Fm 163, Permission for Provision of Minor Cadet Over-the-Counter Medication
Web Mission Information Reporting System (WMIRS) • Primarily of concern to pilots and van operators • If you’re operating a CAP A/C or vehicle under a mission number, you have to enter info in WMIRS • Common problems: • Incomplete information on WMIRS page or CAP Fm 104 (pilots) • Uploaded documents illegible or not properly annotated • Receipts for reimbursement not uploaded within 72 hours • CAP Fm 108 not submitted timely
