Sponsor(s): TxDOT Houston District • Purpose: Program remaining Rider 42 project development funds on design, right-of-way and utility adjustment activities for several interchange projects • Significance: • Accelerate development of projects targeting congestion hotspots, preparing them for future construction funding commitment.
