  3. Sponsor(s): Metropolitan Transit Authorityof Harris County (METRO) • Purpose: Reprogram federal funds from Burnett Plaza transit center project to Pearland/SH 288 Park & Ride • Significance: • Enable timely construction of Pearland P&R METRO Amendment

  4. Sponsor(s): TxDOT Houston District • Purpose: Program remaining Rider 42 project development funds on design, right-of-way and utility adjustment activities for several interchange projects • Significance: • Accelerate development of projects targeting congestion hotspots, preparing them for future construction funding commitment. Rider 42 Amendment
